Publication Update! my paper has been published in Indonesia Law Review 2019 in their 2nd edition. In short, I argue that repressive enforcement towards marijuana users in Indonesia is bringing more harm than good. It’s time to at least revisiting the criminalization of marijuana. Many countries, including our neighbor Thailand, has been leading an attempt to revisit the scheduling contained in the 1966 UN Convention.
